Committees and commissions
To support its statutory activity, the QCA Council establishes specialised bodies. Five key committees have been formed at the outset.
Development, approval and revision of professional standards; adaptation and implementation of ASOP in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Examination and qualification requirements, programme accreditation, CPD tracking, and mutual recognition of qualifications (SOA, CAS, IFoA, IAA).
Oversight of compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct, review of complaints and disciplinary cases.
Oversight of financial and economic activity, internal audit and engagement with external auditors.
Coordination of scientific, research and analytical activity, and maintenance of the analytical library.
The list, composition and competence of the committees are defined by the QCA's internal documents and may expand as the Chamber develops.
