Terms of use for the Chamber's official website and the materials posted on it.
This website is the official online resource of the PA «Kazakhstan Chamber of Actuaries» (BIN 260540032980). The website's materials are for information purposes. Where they diverge from the original source (Charter, code of conduct, standards), the original source takes precedence.
Use of materials
Use of the website's text materials is permitted with attribution to the source. The professional standards, the Code and other documents of the Chamber are its intellectual property and are used on the terms established by the KCA's internal documents.
Limitation of liability
The Chamber makes reasonable efforts to keep the information current, but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies in its informational materials. For official enquiries, please write to info@actuaries.org.kz.
Editorial policy
Overviews should distinguish verifiable information from quoted opinions and analytical conclusions, and identify sources and dates. Mentioning an organisation, product or public opinion does not imply endorsement by the Chamber. Reports of allegations and disputes should preserve context and the status of proceedings.
Informational materials
This material is provided for informational purposes only, compiled from open official and verified sources, and does not constitute individual legal, investment, or insurance advice. The Chamber of Actuaries examines events, corporate disputes, and litigation strictly through the lens of actuarial science, risk mathematics, and actuarial calculation methodology (balance-sheet loss vs counterfactual lost profits, operational risk, system data integrity). Reporting on legal proceedings does not represent a stance on the merits of a dispute nor an assertion of guilt or the validity of claims.
Illustrations and AI tools
Images labelled “AI visualisation”, including the decorative news banner, are generated with AI. They illustrate a topic and are not documentary photographs of an event. Using AI to prepare an article does not replace checking original sources and should be disclosed in that article.
Clarifications and corrections
