In accordance with subparagraph 18-2) of Article 6-5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation, Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations" and paragraph 3-1 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners", the Management Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market HEREBY RESOLVES:
- To approve the following sizes of correction coefficients used for calculating the insurance premium for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners (MTPL) for the year 2026:
