Disciplinary procedure
The procedure for monitoring compliance with the Charter, the Code of Professional Conduct, the standards and rules of practice, as well as for reviewing disciplinary cases and appealing decisions.
OVERSIGHT OF MEMBERS' ACTIVITY

Analysis of members' regular reports, including continuing development (CPD) logs.

Complaints and submissions from clients, employers, government bodies (including the AРРФР, the financial market regulator) and other members.

Results of scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the quality of actuarial opinions.
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

Order to remedy violations
Specific deadlines for correcting methodological or procedural errors.

Warning
In writing; may be confidential or public.
03
Suspension of status
A temporary prohibition on signing opinions and using QCA statuses.
04
Expulsion from QCA membership
A measure of last resort: full withdrawal of status and removal from the registry.

THE RIGHT TO A DEFENCE
- to be notified in a timely manner of the substance of the claims;
- to review all materials of the inspection;
- to submit written explanations and evidence;
- to attend the Committee's meetings in person and to be heard.
